1 assessment conducted on AON, set of behaviourial questions and sets of timed games. 1st inteview with one person lasted about 1 hour behaviourial question 2nd interview with 2 people lasted also about 1 hour follows a similar structure. if successful you enter their recruitment pool you remain in the pool for 1 year. the recruiter will work to match you to a suitable team next round of interview will be a fit interview with a hiring manager to access your compentence and suitability to the team. this is more technical. you can also be hired directly if the hiring manager is satisfied with your resume.

I did the online assessments which was easy. Then proceeded to interviews. I did my first interview with the manager I am going to work with and it was good. Every interview had the same format: They ask you 7-8 classic behavioral and situational questions and also about leadership. first 25 min we spoke in our main language then switch to english. After a month I got my 2nd interview and it was someone from the department but my last was from a different country so we had to do it fully english. At the end, I got an email that said that I successfully completed the process but they cannot offer me the job nevertheless. I asked for feedback from my 3 interviewers and only the last one gave me an answer and said our interview was perfect. So I don't really know what happened.
