The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was an online interview lasting around one hour. It mainly focused on P&G’s “Eight Questions” behavioral interview format, along with a market sizing case related to sales volume estimation. The second round was an on site interview day that lasted the entire day, with one interview session in the morning and another in the afternoon. Each session lasted about one hour. Similar to the first round, the interviews included behavioral questions based on the “Eight Questions” framework as well as role related case studies focused on supply chain scenarios.

It was a very long interview process for an intern role: 2nd interview was 1.5 hours, 1st round interview was 1 hour - lots of follow up questions off a base of 4-5 questions.
