      So far i went through the online assesment process. There were a lot of questions in order to assess my background, experiences, interests and work-related attitudes. After 3 days i have received an e-mail inviting me to take a reasoning test at one of their offices in Bucharest. I was informed that there are 40 multiple choice questions and that it takes up to 65 minutes to complete it. I made the practice test online on their website, in order to prepare for the test. Some of the math problems seem to be a little bit difficult, but with a little more practice, i think i'll manage perfectly. Looking forward for the next steps in the hiring process, after passing the reasoning test.

      Colloquio

      On the day of the company visit itself, you will first do another test. This test has a similar structure but is indeed harder than the practice test that P&G sends you to familiarize yourself with it. There are no particular knowledge questions you need to study for, most are logic and comprehension based. The interview process is structured, which means that the interviewers are given a guide with questions to ask. This guide was followed closely in one and more loosely in two of the interviews, 5-6 behavioural questions (Tell me about a time...) were asked and 2 hypothetical questions (Imagine this...). Sometimes the interviewer asked for clarification or asked me to specify exactly which actions I took. Don't let this discourage you - they really just want to clarify. For the hypothetical questions, try to answer in a structured manner and be creative. After the interviews, the decision is made immediately and you are informed within 15 minutes. You will receive the contract about two weeks later. In conclusion, I feel like the process was very fast, very transparent and of acceptable difficulty. You don't have to answer all questions perfectly as long as you demonstrate the qualities P&G is looking for. Those include initiative, ownership, decisiveness and team- and leadership skills (and many more of course).

      The process started with my spontaneous candidacy on the company's website, than I took a logical test online, a phone interview, and finally I was invited for a day visit at European P&G's headquarter in Geneva (Switzerland) in order to take a reasoning test and three interviews with people from the function I was applying to (Marketing). Unfortunately I did not pass these last interviews, but they do not feedbacks (company policy) so I will never know why.
