You have to take two online tests and pass to be considered for an interview. There is an example of one test on the website, the other is personality-based, so there is really no way to prep for it. I had two phone interviews, one with one person and the second with two. H&R didn't do any phone calls with me, I was only interviewing with people in high leadership roles in the function.
