Applied online with CV, took an online aptitude test, then a pen-and-paper test, followed by two rounds of interviews. I understand that at least another round of interview was expected for a successful candidate. Questions revolve around past leadership/teamwork experiences. Specific examples are necessary to score the interview.

Went for initial interview - it was tough with a lot of mathematical questions, problem solving that relied on memory skills, as well as reasoning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
