First, there was a remote interview followed by a half-day, on-site interview with multiple members of the department. The interviewers asked a mix of experiential and behavioral questions. They also provided a great deal of information about their own roles within the company.

Hired on after a stint as an intern. Recommend students apply to internship program as good performance typically leads to being hired.

A presentation was required during the intership interviewing process. I was asked about a Supreme Court case that had constitutional ramifications and I had not had Con law yet.
