After applying online and answering a 50-question questionnaire about values and work ethic, I received a call from P&G's HR person to arrange for a Skills Test. The Skills Test was composed of old GMAT-like questions in Greek and you were allowed to use a calculator (I brought mine). It was fairly easy test, and about a week later I received a second call from the polite HR person to arrange for 1:1 interview with a Manager from the Logistics department. The interview was quite pleasant if a bit unstructured and revolved around my career to date and the activities of the department. The next day I received another call from HR to arrange for a second interview with another manager from the department, which went along the same lines. Immediately after that interview ended, I was asked if I was available for an interview with the Logistics Director. This interview was even more unstructured in that the Director just questioned my real motives for joining the company - he believed the position was to low for my skills, and offered to look for a position in Project Management, in which I was not interested. After that meeting the interview process ended and I did not receive an offer.

easy and smooth. they ask hypothetical questions and your experiences. there are 3 interviews with 3 different workers in your department. i think it is too much takes a long time.
