I took all of the online tests. Phone interview, strictly behavioral. I was then invited for a week long conference where I had to take the reasoning test and another behavioral interview. There was also a group case. I then had a phone technical interview before receiving my offer.

Extremely difficult , it's based on 5 stages . All is in their website. After this set of tests you go through panel interview with random people. Ten interview with the hiring manager .
All interview you can tell the stress for finding new people and how not descriptive of the workload they do .
All of people are use to have around 3 to 4 roles.
