First I had to complete an online application, then I did the usual online reasoning tests (judgmental, verbal and numerical). I passed that stage and I was invited to take more reasoning tests at their Manchester site. Once I had passed that stage they invited me to go to Belgium for a visit and three separate 1 hour interviews.
