Saw job listed online said what the heck..well well I get an email to do a questionnaire online. Waited..nothing. thought I didn't get it. HR emails me for an in person interview. Thinking oh crap...shampoo.. conditioner..shampoo.. conditioner..I GOT the JOB!

Behavior based. How you reacted, what you did to contribute
Multiple interviews and tests that were in person, via telephone. Multiple employees conducting the interviews. Initially a test with basic math and physics was performed. This was followed by multiple phone interviews. Rates were lower at time, but they have increased.

They asked very unrelated questions. The behavior of director was so disrespectful. They need to keep in mind that they talk with a young human who is on the beginnning of their career path. They need to be more professional. They need to be more professional. They need to be more professional.
