I am currently in the second phase of the hiring process. I first submitted a CV (no cover letter). After a week received an email saying that I passed the first round and a link to the online test. Few things about this assessment: 1. As mentioned before, consists of a personality assessment (more than 60 questions) and figural reasoning test (15 questions, 2.5 minutes per question). 2. You are free to choose when you would like to start the test. 3. You may take the personality assessment and the online reasoning test at different time or days (if you prefer that for some reason). 4. The figural reasoning example test they provide does not represent the difficulty level. It is harder so you better practice other sources before. 5. The figural reasoning contain only questions about pattern of shapes(i.e. what is the missing figure). Shouldi I pass to the next round I will post further comments
