I started out applying online, then I was told to take an online assessment within an hour or so. It included a bunch of questions about my personality, what I would do in certain scenarios, and then a section that felt like an IQ test.
Did the online assessment. It was personality and reasoning skill test. Takes about 50 minutes to finish both. The reasoning skill tests are pretty tricky, especially the memorization part at the end.
