Applied online, took games/tests to assess problem solving, had phone interview, visited plant and had two in-person interviews . All the interviews were similar, the questions were broad and could apply many situations to them.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
