Applied online and completed the online assessment. Asked to go down to the company to take a reasoning test and complete around 8 short essay questions regarding your personality and achievements. I am still waiting for the outcome.

Reasoning test was similar to the practice question offered.Difficult part was probably the huge number of candidate shortlisted for this round which made it very competitive
