Online tests focusing on previous professional, academic and extra-curricular experiences, written maths and verbal reasoning test, followed by several rounds of interviews going into more depth about your experiences.
Once you have the knack of what they're looking for, each interview is roughly the same format so just repeat, repeat, repeat!

Primero, recibí un correo con el enlace al assessment en línea, que incluía una evaluación de juicio situacional y comportamiento profesional, seguido por una prueba lógica y numérica cronometrada. La primera parte consistía en responder preguntas tipo test sobre cómo reaccionarías en situaciones laborales, y la segunda era una prueba de razonamiento con límite de tiempo, incluyendo patrones matemáticos y lógica. Todo el proceso fue completamente virtual. Hasta el momento, no he tenido una entrevista personal.

The interview was very detailed and thorough. It went through all the pillars that P&G values. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. A lot of emphasis on your past experiences and thought process through situationals.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with team conflict.
I did the first interview with HR. Mostly behavioral with CV walkthrough, prior experiences in marketing was asked. Following rounds would be with the team. Not sure if I passed just yet
