      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Procter & Gamble (Bangkok)

      Colloquio

      I applied online, completed the reasoning test and was asked to come in to their office to complete the reasoning test in person. After completing the reasoning test in person, I was informed after 2 or 3 days that I passed the test. The position I initially applied to was the finance & accounting intern position, but they weren't actively hiring for the position so I decided to apply to the HR position instead since my marks qualified. It was asked to go in for the interview. Unlike what I expected, the questions weren't primarily behavioral questions as other candidates have posted. The interviewer honed in on how my background was unrelated to the position (having graduated with a degree in economics) and how I knew I would be a good fit for the role. A red flag that was raised was when I decided to pursue to HR function after finding out the weren't actively hiring for the finance position. I believe the major issue was that I lacked a career focus (shifting from finance to HR) They really want to make sure that candidates will excel in the role through passion and skill.
