There are online tests, as well as a written test. After passing all 3, you will then be asked to come down for an interview. There will be another final round of interview which determines if you will be offered a position in the company. The duration of the entire process is very lengthy therefore you have to be prepared to wait.

Be prepared for situational questions, such as crisis management. Be sure to mention the results of your actions. Show that you take on ownership of projects/tasks.

Two interviews with different people but similar questions on the same day. Good sensing for personality and inclusive behaviour. Long waiting time between meeting and decision making but at the end worth it.

The interview lasted most of the day, meeting with about 6 people. It was a long day, but it was a good opportunity to meet with many of the different people I would be workign with.
Multiple series of online tests, 1 written exam, then 3 rounds of interviews with HR, Hiring Manager then Assistant Director. No presentations on final thesis required unless phd holder or scientist position.
