Passed the global reasoning test! Now in the procedure of initial interview. However, they wanna a telephone interview instead of 1:1 interview! I obviously prefer the face to face one since i am not an english speaker! Hope everything gonna be alright.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
