Entrevista situacional, donde te preguntan situaciones de experiencias laborales y como la sobrellevaste. La mayoría muy similares, así que hay que estar un poco preparado para no contestar siempre lo mismo.
La siguiente entrevista era con jefe de planta.

After the skill assessment, started with a short HR phone screen, then a 1 hour interview, followed by an on site tour and final interview. All the questions were "tell me about a time when..." STAR questions.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
