first step - long online application process - fill out bio data and CV details
second step - success drivers assessment test (pretty long but doable)
third step - exam of 40 items
fourth step - interviews, mostly behavioural questions so just make sure you know your past accomplishments. People at P&G are nice. :)
Pretty nice and have lots of types. You can get a good idea of how big companies interview and operate. Its a big challenge but its worth the challenge. You can study a lot

Went for initial interview - it was tough with a lot of mathematical questions, problem solving that relied on memory skills, as well as reasoning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
