Process consisted in 2 interviews of 1 hours each with representatives of R&D middle management. The questions were directed to understand examples from previous academic or work experience and to demonstrate the presence of core skills. The conversation flowed naturally with the interviewer and there was time at the end for me to ask questions back on the company and interview process.

Was very good. Really smart interviewers. Semi hard questions. Total of 2 interviews. 6 questions in total, I’ll recommend preparing for it heavily, very helpful video’s online. I’ll also recommend being mock interviewed through a career center or some industry professional because practice makes perfect.
No technical questions for the internship; the questions are all about your previous project and team work experience. all the questions could be well prepared in advance. It was a very nice experience overall.

The interview was not so difficult. they ask some questions about your background and etc. you get to ask different questions and understand how the R&D organization works. Normally if you get recuited, you will start as a junior employee and will take a lot of trainings at the beginning.
