To apply, you had to submit a CV which was screened, and it seemed that everyone automatically got directed to the first stage, an online assessment of your personality + pymetrics assessment. Beware that you can only take this assessment again every 12 months.

5 stages, had a range of interviews with different stakeholders. The process was a little long, but everyone was positive. There was no salary transparency until the offer was shared.

Online assessment was a memory task which became increasingly hard. The maths and problem solving questions were simple but the final stage which required you to solve non-verbal reasoning questions and memorise patterns simultaneously was unneccasarily difficult.

Long and disorganised. I know many students attended multiple interviews and were asked the same questions at each of the interviews. Seems to be little communication between departments with regards to candidate hiring. Left a lot of us feeling confused with why we were bothering to have these interviews.
