1 step: online assessment with CV, cover letter and three questionnaires: one to check the personality, the others twos to check your logic abilities
2 step: written test at P&G with calculations, test analysis and logical test
3 step: two interviews with managers. Background check, case studies,
4 step: interview with the marketing director
Pretty nice and have lots of types. You can get a good idea of how big companies interview and operate. Its a big challenge but its worth the challenge. You can study a lot

Went for initial interview - it was tough with a lot of mathematical questions, problem solving that relied on memory skills, as well as reasoning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
