It was a good experience. It was more of a behavioral interview than technical. The questions were based on the values of Proctor and interviewer asked for examples from past experience.

I was shocked and disappointed by how unprofessional this company turned out to be. Applied online and received an invite to interview a few weeks later. After sending my schedule, a second recruiter (who was CC'd on the first email) sent a response (which was clearly an accidental reply all) suggesting I shouldn't have been invited to interview. Upon follow-up, the first recruiter apologized and scheduled a call. I arrived on time for our interview and no one from the company ever showed up. When I sent an email asking if we needed to reschedule, I never heard anything back.
