After completing online application, I was contacted about two week's later for a phone interview with a member of the human resources department. The interview was a basic overview of my background. About two week's later I was contacted for another phone interview, this time with a manager on a customer team. The interview was more in depth, asking questions and looking for me to describe experiences that applied. Their interview technique is the "CAR" method, which is basically the same as STAR, so you should be familiar with answering questions in that format. Another two week's later I was provided an opportunity to travel to Cincinnati and do an in person panel interview, as well as take a reasoning test. I was there with a number of other candidates. We also had an opportunity to have lunch with a number of CBD team members where we could ask questions about P&G and the CBD team. The team promised to get back in about two weeks. A little over that time period I was contacted about an opportunity, which I accepted.
