I was asked several situational questions as well as some questions about my own experience. The situational questions were focused mainly on leadership and teamworking skills, while the experience questions were related to time and resource management.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
