The interview process took about a month and the interview questions are more on behavioral and situational questions. They would like you to share your experiences by following the CAR which is Contect, Action and Resolution.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
