Once you toss your CV into their workday abyss, they summon you to endure mind-bending psychotechnical trials and a behavior quiz ripped straight from the Myers Briggs handbook. If you don't tick their preordained boxes of the "perfect" drone, it doesn't matter if you've got skills and fire – you're locked out of any shot at a PG job for a whole damn year. No human even glances at your application before this ruthless verdict. And then they have the audacity to whine about the workforce giving them the cold shoulder. Go figure.

Situational test, phone interview with AI/ML/SWE trivia and best practices, in-person presentation of DS project, behavioral interviews with managers and senior manager. Process took about 1-2 months, was relatively smooth.
I did not complete the entire interview process. I just did the behavioral interview round as I took another job opportunity. It was an average behavioral interview. I think there was two more interviews after.
