Brief interview over the phone discussing my previous work and education qualifications concerning working in a lab. Interviewed with a staffing agency at their office with more in depth questions concerning my experience and qualifications as well as behavior questions. Had an additional interview at the P&G facility where they asked about my work and education background and gave me a tour of the facility. At the end of the tour they offered me a position.

The overall interview process was smooth and the staff were very welcoming. You would get a chance to understand the programme structure and there are three parts to the interview: 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 interview asking on general STAR interview questions, mini-challenges and eventually a team task
