Standard P&G interview process focused on highly structured Q and A focusing on the STAR method. There were 3 rounds in total, one 1:1, one 2:1, and a recruiter screen
Multiple behavioral and situational questions, it was a panel interview: 2 interviewers, they asked a lot of following up questions so my best advice is to have 2 stories for each peak performance factor!
