It was a very long and tedious process. You have to complete an online assessment for your application to be considered. The online assessment consists of multiple choice questions about your personality, and the other part consists of questions that assess your logic, math skills and quick thinking skills. After passing the assessments and going to the next stage, I had to go through two online interviews and one final in-person interview which were very repetitive. Overall, it was a very long process especially that I was only applying for an internship as a student.

3 entretiens STAR questions de 1h. Ensuite, déliberation pour savoir si le candidat a l'offre ou non. Les entretiens dépendent énormément de la personne qui vous interview (je suis tombée sur une personne "philosophique" qui me posait des questions très vague avec matière a developper).

After submitting my application, I had an online assessment of personality, numerical, and logical skills. Then, I got invited to 3 rounds of interviews and was ultimately rejected. Each interview will ask you multiple questions about leadership, managing conflicts, managing stressful situations, etc.
