The first step in the whole process is to go through the testing phase. This phase is where they pass out tests in order to obtain your knowledge of certain areas, such as mechanical, mathematical, problem solving, and information reading. Then if you pass those tests you then go to an interview with two current employees who work in different areas of the company. if you pass the first interview you then go on to one more interview with four other current employees. If you pass both interviews then you are notified whether or not they want you to come into the next hiring class or if you will be placed into a hiring pull that they will pull from at a later date.

İk moest een test afleggen en was geslaagd. Nadien heb ik een uur lang rondleiding gekregen van een teamleader. Hij heeft zoveel info gegeven zoals 6 weken opleiding on the floor en dan moesten we getest worden etc.. Na de rondleiding kwam iemand van inhouse interim adecco dat ik nog een medische test moest doen en dit ging volgens hem opdat moment volgende week. Hij zegt nog expliciet dat ik na de medische test een week daarop kon beginnen. Hij zei nog dat hij ging bellen en de dag ging doorgeven van de medische test...
Een dag later belt hij en zegt dat ik niet aangenomen ben omdat ik geen ervaring had...
Jullie screenen mijn cv en nodigen mij uit voor een test en een rondleiding?
Teamleader zegt dat ik opleiding ging krijgen?
İk ging nog een medische test krijgen?
İk kon toch binnen 2 weken beginnen werken?
Oneerlijke teamleader en hr van adecco..

Het was een intelligentietest met redenering en wiskundige vragen. İemand die een A2 diploma heeft kan makkelijk slagen.
