In general, that was quite a good experience, another interviewer asked similar questions, answers were the same. Passed the interview.
It's very rigorous. Spend time learning company's values and principles and ensure you are in alignment. If you don't agree w/ them, apply elsewhere. The company operates consistent with their values - the Consumer is a very important partner in what is done. The effect of the Company on the community and on Consumers' lives is an important concern.

What would you do if your manager didn't show up to work without warning?
It was a good experience. The interviewers were friendly and polite. They were punctual and they asked me a range of questions. I received the feedback two weeks after the interview.
