First part was an interview with HR, as they asked standard interview questions. They then had an assessment sent which invovled math, analytics and was timed. It was a harder test and not a lot you can do to prepare for, but I would read through their email as it was helpful in preparation. After met with the manager and you could tell they were disinterested and had their mind made up.
