All questions are in English, need to answer by framework (Situation-Action-Result).
There will be behavioral question that you can show how your skill set fit with the company’s value. Or in my 2nd round, my only question I was asked is “tell me your 5 success story” that all.

They will always start off with tell me more about yourself questions, followed by questions that require STAR kind of answering, and hence you need to prepare on a few themes and be ready to share your stories

Online Assessment und danach 3 Runden (1 online 2 vor Ort) alle mit anderen Finance Managern. Hauptsächlich Personal Fit und jeweils eine kleine Case Study. Man sollte sich mit dem Unternehmen beschäftigt haben und grundlegende Finance Kenntnisse besitzen aber ansonsten nicht unglaublich viel Vorbereitung notwendig. Es wird viel auf den Charakter gesetzt.
