Interview process was smooth. Brief phone screening followed by an interview with 2 employees. They asked a lot of situational questions and were interested in results from those situations. The time between conversations and job offer was minimal.

The interview process focused on both personal and behavioral questions. It began with the common “Tell me about yourself” question, followed by several behavioral questions using the STAR method. The interviewer wanted to understand how I handled tasks, solved problems, and managed competing priorities in past roles. Overall, it was structured, professional, and gave me the opportunity to showcase my administrative and organizational skills.
