The interview experience was very good. They were quick communicators and flew prospective employees out to a site visit. During the site visit they were transparent with the work environment and assigned multiple employees to talk with you and show you around.

All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
