como primera cosa mandas el cv, si es alineado rapido te mandan para hacer un assestment online (logica y actitud) consejo youtube para preparace.luego llega tres roun de entrevistas para evaluar tu actitud. team working, leadership y mas. carnet de conducir casi siempres es obligatorio.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
