Very professional and communicative. They are open to communication and sincere conversations. I think they know who they are looking for. There were HR meeting, IT tests, IT Manager meeting and Final HR meeting. The process was long but good

They asked about my previous positions, asked about technologies used, and about my experience. In general, they WILL hire you for a mid position if you ask up to 1,2K net. Their quality bar is VERY low, as everybody resigns within a year and they need dev hands. If you are a junior, act as a mid and they will hire you
