I had a few different interviews with various employees at Proletariat. First I had a screening interview with the recruitment coordinator to discuss basic info, including the potential salary range for the job. I then had an interview with the QA lead to discuss my experience in game development and QA and briefly test my on-the-spot problem solving skills. I then moved on to a full day of interviews with several different employees from various departments (artists, producers, programmers, etc), mostly discussing my previous history in game development and what parts of game development I was most passionate about, as well as some fun personal questions to gauge how well I meshed with the team.
