I had a few different interviews with various employees at Proletariat. First I had a screening interview with the recruitment coordinator to discuss basic info, including the potential salary range for the job. I then had an interview with the QA lead to discuss my experience in game development and QA and briefly test my on-the-spot problem solving skills. I then moved on to a full day of interviews with several different employees from various departments (artists, producers, programmers, etc), mostly discussing my previous history in game development and what parts of game development I was most passionate about, as well as some fun personal questions to gauge how well I meshed with the team.

Had one 30 minute phone interview to go over the job. Then one hour video interview with the role's supervisor. Then another one hour interview with the actual supervisor (they never fully sorted out who the supervisor would be) After a month of email and phone tag (they never responded to any of my follow-ups), they told me I needed to do an art test. I did, and waited a few more weeks before they got back to me (again, no response to my follow-ups) Now they wanted me to do 6 hours of back to back to back to back interviews with different folks in the company. Six hours is a long time (almost a whole work day!), but I was laid off and wanted the job. After this, another week goes by (again, they aren't responding to emails or calls). It had been three months since I first spoke to them. They told me I didn't get the job. Naturally, I asked for feedback. Of course, they never responded.
