The interview process consisted of multiple stages including recruiter screening and a technical interview with engineers. The technical interview involved implementing a small task in Swift while discussing design decisions and debugging strategies.
The session itself was collaborative and conversational, but the feedback provided afterward did not fully align with what happened during the interview. For example, the written feedback mentioned that only 1 out of 3 tasks were completed, although the interviewers never communicated that there were three tasks, and toward the end of the session they mentioned that the tasks had been completed.
Some of the evaluation points also seemed to interpret normal engineering discussion (such as evaluating different implementation approaches) as uncertainty. Overall, the process felt somewhat inconsistent between the interview conversation and the final written feedback.

Implement a small UI-related feature where a selected component needed to be stored in memory and managed correctly within the application. The discussion also included topics such as Swift value vs reference types, concurrency concepts, and debugging techniques.

I got contacted by a recruiter via an email and setup a zoom interview with her for 45 minutes.
Afterwards I received a technical coding test to be done in the same day.
The test was successful so we went into a technical interview with 2 tech people (1 team leader) and another iOS senior, all the questions were technical and focused on my iOS knowledge, I sensed a positive feedback from them especially after iOS design questions and architectures.
They said that they will provide a feedback after 1 week, 2 weeks passed by, I contacted the recruiter about the feedback, she answered a week after by a negative feedback, because I did not meet a team lead requirements.
I noted to her that I did not apply for a team lead, and I wasn't interviewed for my leadership skills in anyway.
Very unprofessional and unfair feedback, there must be some hidden reasons for rejection.
