Medium level aptitude test, essay writing , 3 interviews including logical interview, introduction and basic questions in the first interview, second one was taken by the manager which had some more questions related to the resume. third one was taken by the director to finally confirm the candidate.

Two rounds. In ascending levels of management. All were on the phone. The first was by the specialists, second by the group senior manager. Depending upon the candidate, and the team there may be a third round.
