They named all the consulting departments they have in their company and asked which of these would be the best fit for me.
Typical assessment centre, following online tests and online virtual interviews. Virtual interviews are probably the hardest part as they are assessed based on keyword usage but assessment centre feels more authentic and chatty with some maths thrown in.

2 rounds of interviews with cases. Relatively easy if you prep. Nice people, but they throw in a lot of curveball questions so be prepared to be quick and witty.
