Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso PwC nel mese di ott 2025
Colloquio
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After speaking with her, I submitted my application and spoke with several members of the PWC leadership team over a two week period. The questions centered around my background and making sure that I would be a good fit for the position. All my discussions were good and the feedback I received from the recruiter was positive. After my last interview, I did not hear anything from the recruiter and decided to follow-up. When she did not respond, I went to the website and it said candidate withdrawal next my application. This came as a surprise as I did not withdraw.
While I understand why companies choose not to continue with certain candidates, it was disappointing to learn that I was no longer under consideration in this manner after going this far in the interview process. I reached out to the recruiter to find out what occurred here, but never received a response. It is an unprofessional way to turn someone down and it reflects poorly on the organization.

Provide an example where you went into an engagement, diagnosed an issue, and drove a positive impact.
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

Why do you want to work for PwC? Ridiculous question.
As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
