Complete joke. So after I gave a difficult interview on hackerrank where I got 84/100, 2 days later the recruiter told me that the percentage had changed and it was 60% Frontend and 40% backend .NET but the site where the JD is is unchanged. I asked for details about the interview and was told that it was mixed with both technologies. I reviewed the frontend angular plus react for 1 week - where I had less experience. At the interview, only one Czech developer patrik matous showed up, although the interview was with martin hogenauer a manager. The developer did not open the camera and told me that it was only front end and one .NET would follow. He asked me 10 javascript questions! 2 type script 3 react and none angular. After that he stopped the interview and said that I was not fit for the position. So my opinion is that I was discriminated against because of my age and gender.
