2 partners with 5 classmates, self introduction for first turn, then everyone draw lots for a question as second turn. Asking questions to partners as third turn. The standard for admission are 1.work as a group 2.ability of resistance to pressure 3.job adaptive testing result discussing (see if one is emotional or rational)

Which 3 candidates do you recommend to get the offer (questions from drawing lots)
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.

Final interview: was prepped by an early careers team member on a video call before hand. Interview was with a director or partner. Asked about how i expect to progress and why i want to work for the firm.
