Had on campus interview. Interviewer had strong accent I could hardly understand her. She seemed disinterested. Got denied a second interview.

Smooth, responsive interview process. Get immediate video interview invite after applying and quickly got invited for final round.
Interviewers are nice and supportive, standard behavioral questions and a short sit-down written assessment for TP-related topics. Heard back very quickly.
