Phone interview, lasted about 20 mins. The interviewer were friendly and the HR was very helpful (GVA Area). Questions were normal. But need to be prepared. It seemed they had a local target school.

Colloquio
It was a totally behavioral interview, no technical questions or questions about the history of the company. I met with both a manager and a partner for a half hour each back to back. It seems that all they wanted to see was if you would be a good cultural fit with the firm.
