Applied at university job fair. Process took 3 weeks. There were three stages: assessment centre, technical interview (with a Manager), and motivational interview (with a Partner). The process focused on assessing my mindset, rather than the skills.

The best interview process and candidate experience I have I had. The entire process from recruiter to interviews, I felt welcome and engaged through out the process. It was a memorable factor in my offer consideration.
